Getting Training to Stick

Mindset is at the heart of everything we do and defines our ability to incorporate new information and skills. Most individuals operate at work from what is called an inward mindset—a singular focus on themselves and their objectives. This mindset sabotages attempts to change as individuals with this mindset prefer to stay where they are most comfortable. The outward mindset, though, is a focus on being accountable and helpful to the goals of the entire organization. This mindset gives people a hunger to improve and a desire to be helpful and aware of their impact.

During the presentation, we will explore mindset in greater depth with its implications and challenges, acquiring powerful tools and frameworks to help shift the mindset of those you train and get traction with your training initiatives.
