Are you looking at ways to build leadership experiences? You won't want to miss this months learning event. We are pleased to welcome Yvette Gardner who will be sharing experience and topics geared to help you develop and improve your leadership skills. 

Get ready to connect with like-minded professionals and exchange ideas on how to take your leadership skills to the next level.

This in-person session will discuss cultivating the leaders of tomorrow and covers the following topics:

  • Developing Human-Centric Leaders
  • Creating culture through Leadership
  • Enabling authentic leadership


We are delighted to bring back our monthly lunch session.

Lunch will be provided and the presentation will start at noon.  Please arrive early to eat and network prior to the presentation.


Yvette Gardner is a Professional Development Consultant for Mountain America Credit Union. With over 25 years’ experience as a high-performing leader within financial services, Yvette leverages her expertise to coach and develop talented leaders across the credit union.  A long standing supporter of strengths-based development and strengths-based cultures, Yvette helps others identify and cultivate their unique talents to achieve excellence both personally and professionally.

Yvette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She is dedicated to becoming the best coach for the Mountain America Credit Union leaders she supports, and recently accomplished a personal development goal of becoming a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Yvette and her husband Rick have four grown kids, and recently welcomed their first grandson. Yvette and Rick enjoy traveling, going to movies and doting on their high-maintenance dog, Murphy.
