Have you ever defined what to work on as a team or as an organization and then find that the work just kind of flounders along while everyone goes back to doing the same old thing? Do you see this happen and ask yourself, “is there a better way to do this and getting things done?”
The Catalyst Leadership System is designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations improve innovation, efficiency, and execute the work that will grow the business.
This session will introduce the Catalyst Leadership System and its three parts:
1. How to improve individual and team character qualities
2. How to implement 6 Catalyst Leadership System principles
3. How to implement supporting leadership doctrines
About Jon
Jon Scoresby holds a PhD from Utah State University in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences. After spending some time in higher education program development, Jon currently works as the Learning Experience Production Manager at Intermountain Health. For the past 7 years, Jon has been building learning design and development teams, creating processes and procedures, and development efficiencies. Jon helped facilitate the implementation of performance consulting and design thinking strategies to improve the design and development of learning experiences at Intermountain Health. Jon has been tasked with implementing the Catalyst Leadership System within the learning organization of Intermountain Health which will lead to better collaboration, innovation, and getting work done. Jon enjoys leading teams in ways that take them to places they have never been before as individuals and as teams.
This event is free for ATD Utah Members. Lunch will be provided and the presentation will start at noon. Please arrive at 11:30 to eat and network prior to the presentation.
